FEBRUARY 2018

SATURDAY 3RD  FEBRUARY– ANNUAL AWARDS PRESENTATION & DINNER DANCE EVENING, BARTESTREE VILLAGE HALL – 7PM – 12 MIDNIGHT

The Annual Awards Presentation and Dinner Dance
held at Bartestree Village Hall, near Hereford.

The evening starts with the Awards Presentation with Canapés served on the tables to nibble on; 2 course Dinner served at circa 8.30pm followed by the Chairlady’s Speech and rounded off by a live band.

Bartestree Village Hall is a lovely, modern building with good facilities and plenty of free parking outside the front door.
Perhaps not your normal perception of a village hall, especially once the main room is complimented by drapes and banqueting tables/chairs!

TUESDAY 6TH  FEBRUARY– SCATTER SERIES ROUND 4 & SOCIAL EVENING @ THE BOAT, WITNEY – 8-10PM

Final round of the scatter series using map 148, sign on by 8pm.  Usual banter and beer at the social!!

The annual Foxley Autotest is a round of the MSA / BTRDA / ASWMC /AWMMC Autotest Championships held at the Foxley estate, Mansel Lacy.

JUNE 2018

SUNDAY 3RD JUNE– MINI EPYNT STAGES – 8AM -5PM

WELSH MARCHES MINI EPYNT is the HMC’s flagship event.  It takes place on the famous Epynt Military Ranges using 45 miles of the finest roads in the UK between Dixies and German Village.

NOVEMBER 2018

SATURDAY 3RD NOVEMBER – BUILTH STAGES – 8AM -5PM

Builth Stages is a unique event with mixed surfaces, night stages and normally very tricky conditions, this means that driver skill often outperfoms the car, several smaller engine cars have stood on the podium at this event.
